While the exploration phase itself is an unpaid career service, it is the gateway to our high-earning apprenticeship tracks. By taking the time to find the right fit now, you secure a path to the competitive wages offered in our technical and professional sectors.

• Apprentice Entry Level: Once you transition into a formal apprenticeship, starting wages in the Central Kansas region typically begin between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour.
• Future Growth: Finding the right fit early ensures you reach the $22.00 to $40.00+ per hour milestones more efficiently.
